the ice merchant

The Ice Merchant makes it easy to replace your delivered ice with vended ice, and increase your profit margin on ice substantially. It also gives your customers a better experience; ice is only handled by the customer, there’s no waiting for an employee to unlock the ice bunker, there’s no huge, frozen ice blocks that are hard to work with, and vended ice is cheaper! With a small footprint and minimal maintenance needs, the Ice Merchant can fit into tight spaces in your parking lot, in front of your store, in back of your store or, with the Inline Merchant, it can even fit directly into the facade of your building.

Many retailers have already discovered the advantages of vended ice; higher profit margins, better ice, cheaper prices, 24-hour vending, and more. With the Ice Merchant, you can replace your delivered ice, too!

The Ice Merchant is our smallest ice vending model, but it still produces, stores, and vends significantly more ice than our competitors’ models. It’s also built in America with the highest-quality parts, so you can count on your vending machine working seamlessly for decades to come. With the SmartIce™ remote monitoring system, you can get notifications about maintenance needs, so there are no surprises, and take a look at sales data at any time. You can also monitor your machine at any time with built-in security cameras.

This compact ice vending machine can fit almost anywhere, and the numerous features make it great for retailers, marinas, parks, event centers, and many more. From convenience stores to hardware stores, shopping malls to factories, parks to docks, and everywhere in between, the Ice Merchant is great for both customers and owners. The Ice Merchant offers one bagged-ice option and does not offer bulk (bagless) ice vending. Customize your machine with water vending and payment options to suit your location and customers. This way, you can make ice vending easy and intuitive for you, the owner, and your customers.
