BEFORE YOU CHOOSE
Practical answers for IHA owners.
Start with the work you want to do yourself. Emperor covers routine operations and maintenance. King adds scheduled maintenance and active IHA monitoring while you manage daily operations. Rockhopper provides scheduled maintenance while you monitor your machine. Adelie supports owners who do their own maintenance with technical expertise and resources.
Share the location of each IHA machine you want covered. Service availability depends on geography, and IHA will confirm coverage, visit schedules, and any geographic adjustments for each site.
Penguin Plans are designed for IHA-built machines, including older units. Some machines may need monitoring or controller upgrades; any required upgrades are quoted during onboarding.
Repairs and parts are not all included. Emperor includes first-line repairs that do not require parts. Repairs requiring parts, specialist work, and refurbishment are billed separately. Your quote identifies included services and applicable member rates.
SmartIce platform access lets you review machine information yourself. Emperor and King include active equipment monitoring by IHA through SmartIce, with alerts when attention is needed. With Rockhopper and Adelie, monitoring remains your responsibility.
Your price reflects your machine or fleet, location, and service scope. Subscriptions are billed quarterly in advance. Additional time-and-materials work and parts are billed separately. Your quote and agreement specify the contract and renewal terms.
