With our machines, customers can choose to get conveniently, automatically bagged ice, straight from the machine, or they can vend into their own container. This auto-bagging feature makes it easy for customers to simply vend their ice and be on their way.

HIGH-VOLUME MACHINES

Both customers and owners agree that Ice House America’s ice vending technology is the best. Why? One of the reasons is our high-volume machines. Many of our competitors’ ice machines simply cannot keep up with demand in high-traffic areas. This not only means that customers get frustrated when the machine runs out of ice, making it unlikely that they’ll return, but it also limits the revenue that business owners can earn. With a variety of different-sized machines, including the Ice House with up to 1,300 bags/day of production and 6,500 lbs of storage, it’s easy to find a machine for your location. Production is based on 10-lb bags; the Ice House maximum requires two ice makers and varies with operating conditions.

Ice at a convenience store or grocery store generally sits in a bunker for days and undergoes temperature changes, causing the ice in the bag to turn into a big, unwieldy block.
